SOS Curriculum​
This program completes these objectives by assisting the participants in obtaining post-secondary education and job training and teaching the imperative career life skills and work ethic necessary to become successful employees in today’s workforce.

The Save Our Sons + Sisters (SOS) workforce program is open to all and serves men and women throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Region. It is dedicated to empowering individuals by providing the tools, resources, and support needed to secure stable, well-paying employment. SOS delivers a comprehensive approach to workforce development, including job readiness training, résumé development, interview preparation, and direct access to a network of employers committed to career advancement opportunities.

Through mentorship, financial literacy education, and personal development workshops, the program goes beyond job placement cultivating the skills, confidence, and resilience needed for long-term success. By creating clear pathways to economic stability, SOS helps participants strengthen their households, overcome barriers, and become positive contributors to their communities. 

With a mission rooted in empowerment and transformation, Save Our Sons + Sisters continues to drive meaningful impact ensuring every participant has the opportunity to build a brighter, more secure future.
