Communications Support Request Form
IMPORTANT: Communications completes more than 500 jobs per year, including announcements, press releases, publications, marketing materials, and campaigns. Unplanned “rush” requests for services disrupt the production of projects for your colleagues, the editors and designers. Please initiate projects or publications as far in advance as possible. Complete this form for any event for which media/communications support is desired. This form is intended to help us plan for your event, schedule appropriate staff, and prioritize our work. Once you submit this form, we will be in touch to gather additional details. Complete this form as part of your event planning and submit it to Communications at least 5-7 business days before your event.
