Vaccination

At the request of Missouri Governor Mike Parson, the Division of Public Safety partnered with the Missouri National Guard to administer Covid-19 vaccinations starting with senior living facilities in the African American community and other disproportionately impacted areas.

​More than 15,000 residents have been vaccinated through the partnership in the St. Louis region.

​The initiative was opened to educators in March 2021 and the Urban League began vaccinating educators and staff with the St. Louis Public Schools, the Ferguson-Florissant School District and the Urban League Head Start program.
