The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis is proud to present Urban Expo 2025, an extraordinary celebration of empowerment, access, and opportunity for the entire community. This year’s Expo features three impactful events designed to support families, job seekers, and students as they prepare for a successful year ahead.
Thursday, August 7th - Job Fair
The festivities begin on Thursday, August 7th, with the Urban Expo Job Fair, presented by the Regional Business Council and hosted by Save Our Sons + Save Our Sisters program. From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Urban League Headquarters, over 60 companies will be on site offering job opportunities, onsite hiring, and career support services. Attendees will receive help with resumes, professional attire, and access to supportive services all in one place.
Saturday, August 9th - Drive Thur Back to School
On Saturday, August 9th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the Expo continues with the highly anticipated Drive-Thru Back to School Event. Families are invited to drive through the Urban League Headquarters and receive a wide range of free resources while supplies last, including book bags, school supplies, PPE materials, food and groceries, health and safety items, and tornado disaster relief resources.
Saturday, August 16th - Health & Home Experience
The celebration culminates on Saturday, August 16th, with the Urban Expo Health & Home Experience from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This event will offer free back-to-school physicals and immunizations, health screenings, dental services, vision and hearing exams, and more. The Home Ownership Experience will feature HUD-certified housing counselors, financial literacy education, homebuying resources, and disaster relief assistance for families impacted by recent storms.
All events will be held at the Urban League Headquarters located at 1408 N. Kingshighway Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63113. We invite all residents to join us for this landmark series of events and take advantage of the essential tools, services, and connections that make a lasting difference.
